looking after the IT of small to medium sized businesses. Our focus
is to ensure your business gets the most from it's IT; zero downtime,
return on investment and "hassle free" computers for you
and your staff.
We have skills and expertise across all aspects of IT. However,
our core service is support;
- Computer systems, IT maintenance and IT support.
- IT Hardware /IT Software sales and supply.
- Networking, broadband and home-working solutions.
- Server management; Windows 2000/2003, Exchange, etc.
If you rely on your IT then you should invest in a same/next day
maintenance contract (i.e. get us to look after your IT). In the
event of a problem we will then either securely "dial-in"
or send an engineer to fix the problem.
Every customer and every contract is different. However a typical
support contract may look something like this;
- Same/Next day cover for all your "vital" IT (e.g.
your servers).
- Unlimited telephone/helpdesk support.
- Secure dial-in support (where/when appropriate our engineer
will dial into your system).
- Onsite support (i.e. when necessary one of our engineers comes
out to you).
- Second line support for your "less than vital" IT
(e.g. your printers).
With the exception of home-working solutions (e.g. connecting your
home PC to the office network using a secure broadband link) we
do not cater for the home PC market.
