rapid response to our system critical IT glitches.
A & N have guided us through a difficult migration from
a limited NT environment through to a thriving Windows 2003 server
network structure with very little disruption of service. Their
local service allows them to have an effective level of response
for the urgency level of our problems.
Our migration from old to new servers has included upgrading
Exchange and making use of terminal services so that our staff can
work from any desk/PC when in the office and work from home. In
addition to their hands-on practical expertise, A & N have helped
us devise and implement a comprehensive IT strategy; since getting
A & N involved, we've been able to do so much more with our
IT.
On a day-to-day level, our servers run fast and are very reliable;
maintenance/support is provided by A & N. On the rare occasions
that we do have a problem they are able to securely access our systems
from their offices/helpdesk and if we need an engineer on-site,
our maintenance contract means we get same/next day support at our
premises.
In addition to helping us with our servers, A & N have implemented
a number of remote working solutions for us including Outlook Web
Access from laptops with GPRS. This enables staff to securely use
MS Exchange when they are on the road.
